New Paris Community Food Pantry


The New Paris Community Food Pantry in 2014, served 2976 individuals and 978 households. The pantry enjoys partnering with many Community businesses, organizations, individuals and churches. It is these partnerships that allows the food pantry to be so effective and such a success.


  • Serving Jefferson and Jackson Townships in Preble County for 30 years.
  • Provides perishable and nonperishable food as well as hygiene items based on income and family size.
  • Assists families with school supplies and participates in distributing shoes from the REID RIDE.
  • Gathers and has available information on additional resources and services that benefit the community.
  • Partners with National Trail students and staff to promote awareness and allows students to actively volunteer in their community.
  • Hours are, Wednesdays 2-6pm.

 “We appreciate the help we receive from the food pantry. Even though we both work, as a family of 4 we struggle to keep the bills paid and food on the table. Our student loans and finding affordable health insurance, as well as having a special needs child that requires a special diet have made things very difficult at times. So thankful for the help.”

Food Pantry, Holiday Basket Giveaway. On Thursday December 17 at 1pm we begin work on Holiday baskets. The National Trail FFA will join us at 3pm. Then on Saturday December 19 from 10am-12noon  We begin the Holiday basket giveaway. Including special toy giveaway.
